ABSTRACT
Being/becoming a “good” teacher means possessing elaborated teaching skills, testing skills, & management skills. It’s not effective teaching when some of your students are not involved in the teaching-learning process. Here are some practical techniques to help you manage your class in order to implement your daily lesson plan. Managing your class includes managing your 1) time, 2) instruction, and 3) students’ behaviors. The importance of consistency, fairness, & reward/punishment system are also discussed. The teacher as the leader and change agent is also highlighted.
