 Abstract
It’s not effective teaching when some of your students are not involved in the teaching-learning process. Here are some practical techniques to help you manage your class in order to implement your daily lesson plan. Managing your class includes managing your 1) time, 2) students’ behaviors, and 3) instructions. The importance of consistency, fairness, & reward/punishment system are also discussed in this workshop.
